The Inner Workout Meditation Course

Course Information
A new year is upon us! How resilient and ready is your mind for the new challenges which 2026 will bring? We can't control the external events which happen in 2026. We can however, control how we experience them. With inner resilience and a peaceful mind, we can create our own reality... a reality of acceptance, peace and calm. This 5 week course will be the most important workout you enrol on, a workout for the mind. Each week we will explore 2 meditations. The first meditation will be a meditation of training the mind, think bench pressing and bicep curling for your mind, to increase strength and resilience. The second meditation will be a relaxation meditation, think the sauna after your workout. All meditations will be fully guided and all levels of meditators are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Starting 9th Jan 2026 the classes are every Friday 1.30pm - 2.30pm for 5 weeks.
