Course Information

Does life often feel fast paced? Rushing through the morning routine, moving from task to task with urgency, even sitting down to enjoy a book or a cuppa and noticing your mind feels busy and drifts to the next thing. Modern life can be overstimulating and information heavy. This can affect sleep, the body, the mind and our overall quality of life. This course is not just about learning to meditate. We’ll also explore simple ways to bring mindfulness into your day so your day can unfold with more clarity, calm, and presence. All meditations are fully guided and suitable for beginners. Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate group.
